Yummy Pea Soup, Ready in 15min!
Let’s try Finnish traditional Pea soup (Hernekeitto) with MiSoLa’s Oat-Pea Miso!

<Ingredients for two> 

Frozen green peas 200g
Frozen Yellow Onion pack 200g
(or finely chopped fresh yellow onion 1)
MiSoLa Oat-pea miso 75g
Water 400cc
Oil 1tbs
Salt & Pepper

<Steps>

1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a sauce pan then gently cook onion until soft .

2. Add green peas and Add water.

3. Bring the liquid to a simmer, and cook gently for 5 minutes.

4. Add MiSoLa Kaura-miso then purée with a hand blender, , if needed taste for seasoning.
