Both Oat-pea miso are made from Finnish oats and peas.

Day 0-5 : We will prepare and vacuum-pack your Miso and mark the date on the package, and a couple days after we will send your Miso in the post.

Expect to receive your package in 3 to 5 days. When you open the package be sure to read the instructions. Keep your Miso in its original package at room temperature (*) until Day 20.

Move the Miso to your fridge. You can go ahead and enjoy the Miso now, but we recommend waiting another week or so. (We will send you an alert the day by e-mail or Instagram).

Ama-koji (Amazake) online order has started!

Very sweet Ama-Koji (amazake) which is made with Rice-koji and water only, and it is enriched with vitamins and minerals!

It can be drunk as it is, or added to chia-seed pudding, smoothies and cakes.MiSoLa’s Ama-koji is very fresh and doesn’t last very long.
